In the course of the three-day seminar, the participants were presented with the long-term development of the labour market in Berlin, approaches to talent acquisition abroad or Berlin's future economic and technical locations for the sector. There was also a discussion on the concept of cultural projects in Berlin with representatives from institutions such as Musicboard Berlin, which is responsible for promoting pop music and organises various exchange residencies for local and foreign musicians, for example. Others included representatives from Kreativ Kultur Berlin, which is the first point of contact for cultural and creative professionals in Berlin who have questions about project funding, cultural funding, professionalisation and self-employment or are planning to start a project.

The event was organised within the partnership between the cities of Berlin and Prague. The aim of the seminar was to identify common development potential and suitable framework conditions for the creative and cultural industries for the benefit of both cities in the spirit of the idea of building a successful network.
