A journey to the world of animation
Animated films have been here with us since childhood, perhaps because they can magically revive otherwise inanimate things. But what exactly is animation? What can be animated and when did the animation originate? How and thanks to whom were all those fascinating fairy tales and movies born? The accompanying program of the Worlds of Czech Animation exhibition will allow visitors to understand animation in all its breadth - both its history and present.
Basic information
The program includes a guide for schools to accompany them throughout the exhibition step by step and explain the content of the exhibition in individual sections in plain language; Oživovatel magazine - accompanying press to the exhibition Worlds of Czech Animation, animation workshops, guided tours, screenings, lectures and discussions with the creators. All activities, including photography, drawing, filming, editing, working with animation programs, storyboards, a darkroom, etc., are provided by a curatorial team and professional lecturers
